Inspired by Fermentasian

We have just made a booking to dine at FermentAsian in the Barossa Valley. We dined there last year, leaving our food selection up to the chef and were blown away at the quality of the dishes and can't wait to visit again. FermentAsian (http://www.fermentasian.com.au/) are committed to sustainability and grow their own produce locally. If you go to the Barossa we highly recommend going there for dinner, but be sure to book early though as they are consistently booking out.
